What we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
TAISR is currently a private pilot. This page describes what we collect when you submit the waitlist form, where it lives, and how to request deletion.
What we collect on the waitlist form
When you submit the form at /api/waitlist, the server records:
Email address
Required so we can reply to your request personally.
Lab, institution, or independent
Optional. Helps us think about cohort fit.
IP address, User-Agent, Referer
Logged alongside the entry. The IP is used for rate-limiting (per-IP throttling on the waitlist endpoint). User-Agent and Referer help us understand how people arrive at the site.
Where it lives, how long
Submissions are written to a single append-only file on the same VPS that serves this site. The file is readable only by the service account.
We keep entries until either (a) we onboard you, in which case the entry becomes your account context, or (b) you ask us to delete it.
Deletion requests
Email hello@taisr.ai with the subject line Delete waitlist entry and the email address you used. We respond within seven days and confirm deletion.
No cookies, no scripts, no third parties
This site sets no cookies, runs no JavaScript, and loads no third-party resources. Fonts, stylesheet, images, and HTML are served directly from taisr.ai. There is no analytics tracker.
Hosting and infrastructure
The site runs on a single VPS. TLS is provided by Caddy via Let's Encrypt. There is no CDN. We don't share waitlist data with anyone outside the TAISR project.
Updates to this notice
If anything in how we handle waitlist data changes, we'll update this page and note the change. Last updated: 2026-05-08.
